Behind every great dish is a story. At KESHKESH, that story begins with Chef Simo Sajid.

Many know him as “Simo MasterChef”, a title he earned after winning MasterChef and stepping onto the international culinary stage. Yet his passion began long before the spotlight, growing up surrounded by the rich flavors of his mother’s cooking and the traditions of Morocco.

Over the years, Chef Simo refined his craft through classical training and fine dining experience, earning recognition from institutions such as the Disciples Escoffier and the Académie Culinaire de France. Guided by creativity, attention to details and a true believe that Moroccan chefs have to make it accessible still authentic to the rest of the world.

Today, he is known for blending tradition with a modern, global touch always guided by passion, creativity, and a strong attention to quality products and global trends.

With KESHKESH in Los Angeles, he brings this vision to life, offering not just food, but an experience inspired by Moroccan hospitality and international influences.
